Vitamino supplies reference-grade research compounds to qualified laboratories, institutions, and independent researchers. Every batch is subject to independent third-party testing at eight separate checkpoints before release; this figure is an internal release standard, and any batch that does not meet it is not distributed.

Documentation is treated as part of the product. Each batch carries its own Certificate of Analysis (COA), published on our COA page, so identity and purity can be verified for the specific lot shipped — not for a representative sample from an earlier run. If a COA is unavailable for a batch we sell, that batch is treated as defective and withdrawn from sale.

Our operations are organized around verifiable purity, audit-ready documentation, and dependable fulfillment. The policies on this page set out how those standards apply to every order.

All Vitamino products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory and research use. They are not for human or veterinary consumption of any kind, not for use in diagnostic procedures, and not for therapeutic applications. Our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Purchasing from Vitamino is restricted to qualified researchers and institutions working within legitimate laboratory settings. Every buyer must be 21 years of age or older, confirmed at sign-in and certified in the signed Customer Policy Attestation & Agreement required to place an order. By placing an order, the buyer affirms that these requirements are met and that any materials received will remain in a controlled research environment.

Orders suspected of being intended for human use, resale for consumption, or any unlawful application may be cancelled and reported. Our full research-use disclaimer is available on the Research Use Only page.

These terms govern use of this website and any purchase made through it. By creating an account or placing an order with Vitamino ("we", "us"), operated by Vitamino USA, the account holder agrees to the terms below.

Pricing and availability — Product prices, promotions (including any buy-more-get-one-free offer), and stock availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, and limit quantities per customer or per research group.

Account responsibilities — The account holder is responsible for the accuracy of the information on the account, for maintaining the confidentiality of the account password, and for all activity that occurs under the login. Accounts are available only to individuals who are 21 or older and qualified to purchase research materials. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or our research-use policy.

Acceptable use — This site and our products may be used only for lawful laboratory research purposes. Interference with the operation of the site, bulk scraping or republication of our content, misrepresentation of identity or eligibility, and use of our materials for human, veterinary, or diagnostic purposes are all prohibited.

Intellectual property — The Vitamino name, logo, site design, product photography, and written content are our property or licensed to us. Published COAs may be referenced in the purchaser's own research records; our branding and content may not otherwise be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

Disputes and governing law — Any dispute arising from use of this site or from a purchase shall first be addressed by contacting customer support so that a good-faith resolution can be attempted. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

We collect only the personal data required to operate a research supply business: first and last name; email address; shipping address; company, lab, or institution name (where applicable); account type and business type (individual, sole proprietor, industrial lab, or university); and order history, including the lots shipped.

How it is used — This information is used to verify eligibility, create and maintain accounts, process and deliver orders, provide the COA records associated with each shipment, send transactional email such as order confirmations, and meet our record-keeping obligations for research materials.

Sharing — Personal data is shared only with the service providers required to fulfill an order: our payment processor, shipping carriers, and transactional email provider. Each receives only the minimum data necessary for its role. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your choices — A copy of your data may be requested, corrected, or deleted by emailing privacy@vitaminousa.com. Deletion requests are honored except where records must be retained for traceability or legal obligations.

Shipping — We ship domestically within the United States. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET Monday–Friday, or before 12:00 PM ET Saturday–Sunday, ship the same day. Standard domestic transit times apply once shipped. Tracking is provided for every shipment.

Packaging — Orders ship in discreet, protective packaging with no product advertising on the exterior. Vials are cushioned and temperature-conscious so that compounds arrive in the condition described in their COAs.

Returns — Any lot that does not match its published certificate of analysis is replaced or refunded in full within 30 days of delivery. Vials that arrive broken, leaking, or with a compromised seal are replaced at no charge when reported within 7 days. Wrong items are replaced with a pre-paid return label within 14 days. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before a shipping label is assigned. Opened or used vials cannot be returned.
