You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your credentials.

Accounts connected to misuse are terminated permanently and without refund of any open orders.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitamino is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our materials or this site.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the material at issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
