Where your shipment is and what each status means.

Finding your tracking number

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the shipping label is generated, usually within hours of your order clearing processing.

Signed-in researchers can also find live tracking under Account → Orders.

Processing: your order is being picked and packed and has not yet left our facility.

Label created: the carrier has the label but has not scanned the parcel. Scans typically begin the same evening.

In transit: the parcel is moving through the carrier network. Cold-chain shipments remain insulated for the full quoted transit window.

Delivered: the carrier has confirmed handoff at your address.

Carrier networks occasionally hold parcels for weather or volume. Tracking that has not updated in 3 business days should be reported to us.

Email support@vitaminousa.com with your order number and we will open a carrier trace on your behalf.

Address corrections are possible only before the label is generated. Contact us immediately if you spot an error.

Parcels returned as undeliverable are refunded less the original shipping cost.
