What happens when an order isn't right.
30-day return window
Unopened, undamaged vials in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Email support@vitaminousa.com with your order number to receive a return authorization before shipping anything back.
COA mismatch guarantee
If independent analysis shows a lot does not match its published certificate of analysis, we replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, regardless of whether the vial was opened.
Send your analytical report and the lot number and we will respond within one business day.
Damaged or missing shipments
Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and vials.
Shipments confirmed lost by the carrier are replaced when shipping protection was purchased.
Non-returnable items
Opened vials, reconstitution solvents, and consumables cannot be returned once the seal is broken, for contamination-control reasons.
Custom and reserved-allocation orders are final sale.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
Bank posting times vary and can add 3–5 additional days.
