Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday through Friday, or before 12 PM EST on weekends, are processed the same day.

Orders placed after cutoff ship the next business day. You receive tracking by email as soon as the label is generated.

Standard tracked delivery arrives in 2–5 business days. Expedited two-day and overnight options are available at checkout.

Overnight orders must be placed before the daily cutoff to ship the same day.

Temperature-sensitive compounds ship insulated with gel packs sized to the destination zone and transit time.

Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no compound names on the exterior label.

Optional shipping protection covers loss, theft, and transit damage. Claims are resolved with a replacement shipment or full refund.

Without protection, carrier-confirmed deliveries that are later reported missing cannot be reimbursed.

We currently ship to the lower 48 US states (all states except Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not available.

We cannot ship to freight forwarders or reship services.
